Inverted Nipple Correction
Sometimes there’s a dip in the middle of the nipple (a cleft) which is a mild inversion, but also there can be a complete pulling of the nipple into the breast and this will not come out, this is a grade 3 inversion.
This is the same as an inverted nipple in women. the nipple size is much smaller in the male chest but the reason for inversion is still due to tight ducts.
the operation is carried out under Local anaesthetic as a day case and has minimal scarring.
